The Coordinator owns the European executive search operational surface — coordinating executive search counterparty engagement across European institutional executive search firms, supporting candidate coordination at the executive search principal layer, and operating European recruitment cycles in coordination with the Head of Institutional Recruitment.

Day-to-day, the role coordinates with the Head of Institutional Recruitment on European recruitment cycle direction, with European functional principals on European capacity requirements, and with European executive search counterparties on qualified candidate coordination.
