Operational Continuity Analyst

Aspera Edge operates across continuous-time institutional engagement spanning Singapore, London, and New York operating anchors. The handoffs between operating anchors — Singapore opening into London, London opening into Americas, Americas closing into Singapore — are constitutive of operational continuity. The Operational Continuity Analyst monitors and supports this continuity layer from the Singapore anchor.

The role operates the analytical surface that the Strategic Operations function depends upon for continuity visibility across global operating handoffs.

Operate continuity analytics across global operating handoffs. Monitor handoff coordination across jurisdictions, surface continuity incidents, and support deployment continuity across Singapore, London, and New York operating anchors.

The Analyst owns the continuity analytical surface — monitoring how operations transfer across operating anchors, where handoff disruption manifests, and how continuity holds under operating pressure. The role operates against the institutional reality that continuous-time operations depend on disciplined handoff coordination, and that handoff failure compounds across operating days.

Day-to-day, the role coordinates with the Director — Strategic Operations on continuity standards, with the Cross-Border Payments Analyst on APAC settlement continuity, with the Institutional Execution Manager on European deployment continuity, and with peer Operations counterparts across operating anchors.

• Monitor operating handoffs across Singapore, London, and New York anchors, including handoff timing, handoff coordination, and continuity through operating cutover windows
• Operate continuity analytics across deployment phases, surfacing continuity events to the Strategic Operations function
• Coordinate handoff documentation across operating anchors, including handoff records, continuity incident logs, and operational handoff retrospectives
• Support deployment continuity at the analytical layer, including continuity monitoring during deployment phases and steady-state operating continuity
• Handle continuity incidents — handoff disruption, operating cutover anomaly, continuity event — through documented escalation pathways to the Strategic Operations function
• Analyze continuity patterns across operating anchors, surfacing operational pressure indicators to leadership before continuity thresholds are breached
• Coordinate with APAC counterparts at the analytical layer, including the Cross-Border Payments Analyst and APAC operational counterparts
• Maintain continuity dashboards and operational continuity reporting cycles to the Strategic Operations leadership

• Singapore market hours operational anchor — first-mover in the global operating day, opening the handoff into London
• Operating handoff windows spanning Singapore-London, London-NY, NY-Singapore
• Continuity analytics infrastructure spanning operating anchors and deployment phases
• Internal coordination with Strategic Operations leadership, Cross-Border Payments Analyst, Institutional Execution Manager
• Counterparty operations counterparts at multinational enterprises operating across multiple time zones
• Deployment continuity monitoring during counterparty deployment and steady-state phases

• 3–5 years operations analytics, business continuity, or operational risk analytics at institutional financial firm, payments institution, or comparable operational environment
• Operating experience with handoff coordination, continuity monitoring, or operational analytics at multi-jurisdictional scale
• APAC operational anchor preferred — operating familiarity with Singapore, Hong Kong, Tokyo time zone coordination realities
• Analytical discipline appropriate for continuity surfacing — pattern recognition, anomaly detection, structured reporting
• Coordination experience across operating teams spanning jurisdictions
• Working familiarity with operational analytics tooling and continuity reporting cycles
