Institutional Execution Manager

Location London Function Institutional Operations Engagement Full-Time Layer European Execution
Institutional Context 01 of 08

Institutional execution across European deployment requires coordination, engagement protocol execution, and handoff management between engagement and steady-state operations. The Institutional Execution Manager operates this coordination layer for European institutional clients.

The role supports the Director — Strategic Operations in managing institutional execution across European deployments — ensuring that engagement translates cleanly into deployment execution, and that deployment execution translates into operational reality at the deployed institution.

Role Mandate 02 of 08

Manage institutional execution across European deployment. Coordinate deployment operations from engagement through steady-state, including engagement protocol execution and handoff coordination across functions for European institutional clients.

The Manager owns the European institutional execution surface — managing deployment coordination, engagement protocol execution, and deployment-to-operations handoff across deployed institutions. The role operates against the realities of European deployment: multi-entity group structures, jurisdictional regulatory considerations, banking infrastructure integration, and client operational handoff complexity.

Day-to-day, the role coordinates with the Director — Strategic Operations on European deployment standards, with the Banking Relationship Manager on European banking integration, with the Senior Manager — Liquidity & Capital Operations on European treasury deployment, with Operational Continuity Analyst on European jurisdictional handoff, and with Cross-Jurisdiction Operations Analyst on legal-structural deployment matters.

The function operates against the reality that institutional execution at European scale requires coordination across client group structures, banking infrastructure providers, and jurisdictional regulatory considerations — and that deployment quality depends on disciplined handoff coordination across functions.
