The Associate operates the executive cadence support surface — maintaining the procedural integrity of executive operating reviews, supporting principal coordination cycles across functions, and documenting executive operating decisions. The role operates within a narrow authority perimeter but at high institutional proximity to the C-suite operating layer.

Day-to-day, the role coordinates closely with the Chief Operating Officer, supports operating review cycles with functional principals across the firm, and maintains executive operating documentation.
