Coordinate institutional partnerships across APAC operating layer. Support qualified partnership engagement, partnership operational coordination, and partnership architecture across APAC partnership counterparties.

The Associate operates the APAC partnership coordination surface — supporting qualified partnership engagement with partnership counterparties whose operating frameworks complement Aspera Edge's institutional access architecture. The role operates within a narrower authority perimeter at the partnership operating layer rather than the partnership principal layer.

Day-to-day, the role coordinates with the Head of Institutional Engagement on partnership architecture, with the Cross-Border Payments Analyst on APAC payments infrastructure partnership matters, and with APAC partnership counterparts at qualified partnership counterparties.

• Coordinate APAC partnership engagement across qualified partnership counterparties, including partnership engagement protocols and partnership operational coordination
• Support qualified partnership assessment across APAC partnership opportunities, including partnership fit assessment and partnership architecture alignment
• Operate partnership coordination cycles with APAC partnership counterparties at the partnership operating layer
• Coordinate partnership integration discussions across Aspera Edge functional layers, including payments infrastructure, compliance, and operations
• Support partnership engagement documentation and partnership operating records
• Handle partnership coordination escalation routing to the Head of Institutional Engagement

• APAC partnership counterparties spanning payments infrastructure providers, regulatory technology partners, and integration counterparties
• APAC partnership regulatory considerations across MAS, HKMA, RBI partnership frameworks
• Singapore market hours operational anchor with APAC partnership coordination
• Internal coordination with Head of Institutional Engagement, Cross-Border Payments Analyst, and APAC functional counterparts
• Partnership operating layer engagement at qualified partnership counterparties

• 3–5 years institutional partnerships, business operations, or institutional engagement coordination at APAC financial firm, payments institution, or comparable institutional environment
• APAC operating experience preferred — working familiarity with APAC partnership operating realities
• Coordination experience across qualified partnership counterparties
• Procedural discipline appropriate for partnership operating layer
